Before you leave, complete every item on this checklist. Take your time — a good closeout protects the space for the next host.

Closing Checklist

• [ ] Make sure all guests have exited the space.
• [ ] Furniture returned to default layout (refer to photos below)
• [ ] Speakers and audio mixer turned off (if used)
• [ ] Projector turned off and screen raised
• [ ] All lights turned off Refer to Our Lights for turn-off instructions.
• [ ] No food scraps left in the space, especially the sink
• [ ] Trash bags replaced in all bins
• [ ] Trash taken down to the 1st floor trash closet (first keypad door on the left, code: 6014)
• [ ] Photos or video of the space taken and ready to submit
• [ ] Both second floor doors locked

These pictures show the current furniture layout of the space and our current default set up for events. You may rearrange furniture as you wish, but please take care to treat our items with kindness! After your event is finished, return all furniture to this default set up before you leave. If you have any questions or if you notice a furniture item is broken please notify your Nook contact.
