If something is damaged during your event, please let your Nook contact know as soon as possible. We always handle damages through direct communication first and will work with you to find a fair resolution — whether that's repair, replacement cost, or something else.
We maintain an internal record of the replacement cost of furniture and equipment, which we reference if needed.
The best thing you can do is be honest and reach out quickly. We're not here to punish anyone — we just want to keep the space in great shape for everyone.
